众安保险 - Associate Content Manager, Retail Banking

Responsibilities
Objectives of this Role1. Work with the team to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments2. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, handlethe creatives and content creation (include but not limited to App/HTML content, eDM, social media posts, blogs), leveraging internal/external support and driving collaboration3. Work with performance marketing, partnership, business and web/digital teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing marketing tactics
Responsibilities1. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support2. Lead the marketing creatives and ideation. Develop creative briefs and direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets3. Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels4. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly5. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus3. Banking/ Finance category writing experience would be an advantage4. Self-driven, team player, result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment5. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills6. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity7. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus8. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is a plus
