彭建华

国际货币基金组织（IMF）高级投资官

· 拥有15年以上全球机构投资组合管理经验，专注于战略资产配置（SAA）、投资项目搜寻、尽职调查、估值分析及合规实施，覆盖公开市场与私募投资，包括股权、固定收益及高收益资产。

· 在传统投资与可持续投资（ESG/Impact）领域均具备深厚实践经验，长期为大型机构投资组合创造稳健、可持续的风险调整后回报。

· 曾任国际货币基金组织、世界银行集团华人协会主席

· 持有乔治·梅森大学信息系统硕士学位及哈佛商学院可持续投资证书。致力于将数据驱动洞察与长期可持续战略相结合，为公共与机构投资者创造长期价值。

Amid ongoing developments in globalisation and the evolving geopolitical landscape, career development within international organisations and trends in the global capital markets have become key topics of great interest to students, staff and practitioners alike.To further broaden international perspectives and provide in-depth insights into cutting-edge career pathways and core investment principles, we are delighted to welcome Mr Jianhua Peng, Senior Investment Officer at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), to deliver an English lecture entitled Global Perspectives on Career Choices and Frontiers in Capital Markets.

Global Perspectives on Career Development and Frontiers of Capital Markets — An Introduction to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and an Exploration of Investment Opportunities and Risks in Capital Markets

In this public lecture, our special guest Mr Jianhua Peng, the Senior Investment Officer of the IMF, will deliver a talk on the theme of career development in international organizations and the current opportunities and challenges of the global capital market.

Bio of the Speaker:

Mr Jianhua Peng, Senior Investment Officer of the IMF, has over 15 years of experience in global portfolio management. He specializes in strategic asset allocation (SAA), investment sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and implementation across public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, and high-yield assets. With deep expertise in traditional and sustainable investing, he has a strong track record of delivering long-term, risk-adjusted returns for institutional portfolios.

He was also the former Chairman of the IMF/World Bank Group Chinese Staff Association.

Mr Jianhua Peng holds an M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University and a Certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School. He is committed to leveraging data-driven insights and sustainability-focused strategies to create enduring value for stakeholders.
